Introduction to the SEEA Central Framework (e-learning course)

The System of Environmental-Economic Accounting – Central Framework (SEEA CF) is the international statistical standard for measuring the environment and its relationship with the economy. The SEEA CF provides an agreed international framework that uses concepts, definitions, and classifications consistent with the System of National Accounts (SNA) for the compilation of integrated information on the economy and the environment.

This e-learning will cover five modules: 1. Introduction to the SEEA Central Framework 2. Accounting for physical flows 3. Accounting for environmental assets 4. Environmental activity accounts, combined presentations and indicators 5. Subsystems, applications and extensions.
