Handbook of National Accounting: Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting 2003

The 2003 SEEA follows the 1993 SEEA and precedes the 2012 SEEA Central Framework. Much of the work was done by the London Group on Environmental Accounting, through a broad review process that started in 1998. The Handbook provides a common framework for economic and environmental information, permitting a consistent analysis of the contribution of the environment to the economy and of the impact of the economy on the environment.
