Handbook of National Accounting: Integrated Environmental and Economic Accounting

This handbook constitutes the 1993 SEEA, the predecessor to the 2003 and 2012 SEEA Central Frameworks. The 1993 version provides sections on environment-related disaggregation of the System of National Accounts, linkage of physical and monetary accounting, imputed environmental costs, possible extensions of the SEEA and implementing the SEEA. Given the ongoing discussion of concepts and methods, the handbook was issued as an "interim" version.
