Energy Accounts. Statistics on energy supply and use of economic activities and households

This report prepared by the Turkish Statistical Institute presents the statistics on the physical supply and use of energy for the reference years of 2017-2021. The report consists of two main sections. The first section describes the concepts and definitions used, data sources, calculation methods, and other relevant explanations in the compilation of the accounts. The second section focuses on the main findings. It examines the leading economic activities in terms of energy use and compares their economic size to their energy consumption. It also includes the indicators obtained from the physical energy flow account
