The Application of Natural Capital Accounting in Dutch Energy and Water Policies

This document focuses on how SEEA accounts have played a role in Dutch policy on water (focusing on the Dutch implementation of the European Water Framework Directive), as well as energy (focusing on the Dutch Energy Agreement). The report assesses how SEEA accounts were used int eh three policy phases of awareness raising, policy preparation and policy monitoring.
