Recommendations of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures

This document provides the final Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) Recommendations im to inform better decision making by companies and capital providers, and ultimately contribute to a shift in global financial flows toward nature-positive outcomes and the goals of the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework. . It includes a set of general requirements for nature-related disclosures and a set of recommended disclosures structured around the four pillars of governance, strategy, risk and impact, and metrics and targets. The recommendations provide a framework for voluntary corporate disclosure that guides corporations in assessing how the dependencies and impacts on nature,including risks and opportunities.
