The London Group on Environmental Accounting is a city group created in 1993 to allow practitioners to share their experience of developing and implementing environmental accounts. Members of this informal group of experts come primarily from national statistical agencies but also international organizations. The London Group generally meets annually, and the meetings provide a forum for review, comparison and discussion of work underway by participants towards development of environmental accounts.

The UNECE Steering Group on Climate Change-Related Statistics (SGCC) is organizing the Expert Forum for Producers and Users of Climate Change-Related Statistics in Geneva on 2-4 October 2018. The Expert Forum will take place in the Palais des Nations.

The 6th World congress of Environmental and Resource Economists, is organized by the Department of Economics at the School of Business, Economics and Law at University of Gothenburg. The conference is organized in collaboration with the Faculty of Social Science and other research groups and departments in Gothenburg.

The OECD will hold its 2018 Green Growth and Sustainable Development (GGSD) Forum on the theme of “Inclusive solutions for the green transition: Competitiveness, jobs/skills and social dimensions”.

The thirty-fifth session of the Intergovernmental Working Group of Experts on International Standards of Accounting and Reporting (ISAR) will take place from 24 to 26 October 2018 at the Palais des Nations, in Geneva.

World Water Week is the annual focal point for the globe’s water issues. Organized by SIWI, the 2018 World Water Week will address the theme “Water, ecosystems and human development”.
