European Strategy for Environmental Accounts 2019-2023

The European strategy for environmental accounts is the European Statistical System strategy to further develop and promote the use of the environmental accounts. The first such strategy dates from 2003, and similar ones followed in 2008 and 2014. Taken together as a continuous body, those strategies have been instrumental to the enormous advancement of environmental accounting in Europe during the last 15 years.
